Monthly pricing for the first 100 rooms. Properties over 100 rooms continue at a published per-room rate (quoted at enrollment). Prices exclude any GM or on-site employee costs.

How we launch: We open with Tier 1 — Back-Office as the available membership today. Tier 2 opens once enough hotels are in the network to share named specialists (about one specialist bench for every 3–5 properties). Tier 3 is offered as a capped pilot on one or two properties, with defined scope — not unlimited ops coverage.
